ORGANIC SEEDS/GROWING

Hi All... After a year and a bit of successfully (more or less - some 'don't make it!).. growing our veg and salad plants from 'normal' seeds (packets such as Vilamorin etc).. We have decided we need to source some totally ORGANIC seeds.
Does anyone know of a supplier - in Spain/otherplace (that we can have them shipped)..?

NB - MUST BE FOR MEDITERRANEAN CLIMATE...
(We have tried all sorts - many seem to come from France.. But unless it is specifically designed for our warmer climate it dies off/has little success).

We have managed to buy a few 'odd' packets... from this and that vivero.. but they are small in size, hugely expensive and do not seem to have been cultivated for the South.

Our plot is 'Almost' Organic in every other way.. I,e we home compost (although addmittedly we have some shop bought items in there).. & we use no pesticides of any kind whatsoever + we fertilize only with the local goat manure!
