Hola Jonas

Whatever you do, DO NOT plant it in the ground now!, Wait until March, well that is the case in Spain anyway, are you going to plant in the ground or just re-potting so you can bring it with you when you come to live in Spain?

I have more information for you but I am just off out, I will write when I get back

We have mature Avocado trees/plants on our land.. but I'm not sure when we should/how to trim them...
I did read somewhere that you can trim the outer and lower branches to make it grow upwards to aid picking.
Any tips anyone?

(NB Many are lower, bushy types - others are trees on a bank that we can only reach the upper branches (although we have a wonderful 'fishing net/pole' affair that we made to reach the ones further down!).
