In case you are buying seeds or plants in Spanish garden centres it is handy to know their names in Spanish.  Some have more than one name!

Mint:  Menta verde (spearmint), hierbabuena (peppermint)
Coriander:  Cilantro
Thyme: Tomillo (common thyme), serpillo (lemon thyme). Also tremoncillo, estremoncillo
Tarragon: Estragón (m.), estragón ruso (Russian tarragon)
Sweet cicely: Perifollo oloroso
Sorrel: Acedera
Savory: Satureja de jardín, saborija (summer savory); Ajedrea (winter savory)
Sage:  Salvia
Rosemary:  Romero
Parsley:  Perejil (m.) (flat-leaved); perejil rizado (curly-leaved)
Marjoram:  Mejorana, mejorama, mayoran, manjerona
Oregano:  Orégano, mejorana sylvestre
Lovage: Levístico, apio de monte, apio de montaña
Horseradish: Rábano picante
Fennel: Hinojo, fenollo, hierba santa, hinojo de Florencia
Dill: Eneldo, aneldo, anetaverón, hinojo hediondo
Chives: cebollinos
Bay: Laurel (m.)
Basil: Albahaca (sweet), albahaca fina (bush)
Lemon balm:  Melisa, toronjil, hierba de limón
